OK, so to begin with I needed a fairly good hard push. I got one, and am, getting things back on track.
So First things first .. I saw my Dr, I joined my local Gym and pool, I got the two of them to talk
.. and I kept going back. I upgraded my membership, and started to log my food correctly.
On the food side, I dropped most carbs and lowered my sugar as much as I can (kiss goodbye the Ferrero Rochers
)
But hello yummy cooked breakfasts!!
I went more Paleo, due to my Hashimoto's disease.
So wish me luck!!!
Add me as a friend also, I love watching and motivating others!!!

You really don't need to cut carbs, your brain runs off glucose, even fruit is full of carbs, enjoy them0
