The injury is tendinitis in my ankle unsure if I tore anything and this is the 2 month and still in pain going to a doctor will get a final look once the MRI comes in

For me it just about how far I want to push myself because I really don't think I have ever push myself very far so to me it about the journey more than the results

I think I said it wrong I eat under that recommended so it's like 2500 and I eat like 1500 to like 1700 calories
