If you exercise in the morning on a empty stomach are they any consequences to it? While reading various post some say you lose muscle doing that while others say it's better to lose fat that way. Is there anyway to truly know how much it hurts or helps working out on an empty stomach?

Slowly losing my good habits
Ever since my tendinitis and my other ankle strained I have slowly just lost focus I hate it. Not working out in the mornings anymore don't waking up when I need to I'm getting into a bad cycle now. Just don't know how to break it. Please help.

Originally my calorie count is suppose to be 2500 and the app is still at 2500 i thought if you lose weight the count is suppose to get reduce and trying an online counter it says 1868 now with my new weight. How does it work?
