I have been trying to be as accurate as possible as I can but it seems like I somehow stay below 800 to 1000 calories without really trying. Is that a bad thing?

Are you losing weight?0

Yes, eating less than 800 calories a day is a bad thing.0
-
For one or two days, no. Consistently, yes it's bad.0
-
Yes. You can't get adequate nutrition to fuel your body on so few calories.0

I think I said it wrong I eat under that recommended so it's like 2500 and I eat like 1500 to like 1700 calories0

A higher deficit can lead to more weight loss, but the drawback is that you'll lose more muscle. Eat the 2500 and log as accurately as possible to make sure you aren't overeating.0
