have you lowered your calorie amount in MFP? when you lose weight, you need to go in every so often (about every 10 pounds) and re-do your stats to make it change your calorie amount... also, you might want to shake things up with a different type of workout or slight diet changes...

As you lose weight you have to lower your calorie goal by updating your profile. You are now carrying around 35 pounds fewer than you were before which means you are burning fewer calories doing the same things. Also be careful with your food logging and portion sizes. The lower your weight and the fewer calories you burn the more accurate you need to be. Small inaccuracies add up and can lower your calorie deficit without you realizing it.

I got stuck recently too. Hadn't changed anything but suddenly the scales didn't go down for a few weeks. I stuck to the diet and suddenly it numbers started falling again. Stick with it!
