I weight myself every day. You just have to realize there will be some fluctuations day to day. But that's what noom recommended and I agree. It's always a daily reminder. I'm down 25lbs since Jan 10

I think you'll find as you log your food that it is not as much as you think. But it really does open your eye's to what we eat, and how bad some of those things are. I like to exercise because it gives me more calories to eat. Not to mention just feeling better in general. But glad you are here, and looking forward to…

I'm averaging about 2500, mostly from night time grazing. I'm exercising enough I'm meeting my daily goal, but I need to do MUCH better with my nutrition.

Thanks for the tips, and that's a good idea, it seems like eating carbs at night trigger this binge eating. I have been diligent tracking my weight. So far, even besides the self destructive tendencies, I have been maintaining weight, even lost a couple of pounds. But certainly not on the path I want.

Thank you, yes I'm keep my food diary though this app. I'm thinking I'm not eating enough during the day and by the time I get home I'm famished. Also, it's finally the time I wind down and have free time. The common theme with all the great advise it to plan my snacks ahead. Thanks for the tips.

Thanks you all for the great advise. Yes I'm probably trying to be too aggressive. Once I get in a really good food/exercise routine I drop weight pretty fast. But I think I'll just aim for 20-25 lbs.
