In my experience, men at the gym have been very helpful and motivating. I could do with out women thinking they have a right to tell me what I should do at the gym. I have had two negative experiences at the gym. Both were little girls stuck in grown women's bodies.

I had to stop taking it. It caused my blood pressure to go through the roof. I also felt like I was short of breath all the time. I was scared I had a blood clot or something. I wasn't on it long enough to see any changes in weight.
