My biggest hurdle is to stay motivated. My family and friends are not very supportive, so its hard to keep going.

My cheat meal is sweets! I have such a sweet tooth, hard to keep it under control as I love to bake. Looking for any ideas that any of you ladies use when your looking for something sweet.

My tip is to make it fun! Involve your kids! My girls love to be my little coaches and encourage me during my workouts. Plus it shows them you have to put hard work into achieving your goals!

Hello! Just joining here. I'm 28 and a mom to two busy girls they are 7&5. I gained a lot of weight and I have gained weight since. before I was pregnant I was 130 and now Im to 175. My goal is to be back at that or at 137. I have been watching what I eat and am doing the 21 day fix home workouts. I need to stay motivated…

Im trying to lose 25-30lbs. Nothing seems to working at the moment Im watching what I eat and work out at least once a day, I have lost a couple inches.
