  • Was just hoping to find a pure- healthy protein powder I can use the nutrients a protein but want to do without any additives if possible
  • Nope, not a digestive issue. I’ve tried the Vega and tastes good but xanthan gum and all those sweeteners and thickening agents seem to be in every vegan protein powder. I try my best to eat as clean as I can wich seems almost impossible- but can use the protein powders just can’t seem to find one. Still searching though!!

  • There’s rice cakes and on top coat is dark chocolate only 80 calories a piece by element. Very good also I go for more raw organic cocao bc I crave chocolate as well. Go raw has lil squares of chocolate 32 calories a piece I just put organic almond butter on it. So yummy. I’m still searching hope these might help. Also…

  • A lady once asked me when I was due and she failed to notice my one month old right next to me. When I said no I actually just had the baby , she apologized many times. Of course I felt horrible but it was more of a motivator! That's why I NEVER ask a woman unless she tells me!

  • My dessert when I want something sweet is a ripe pear or even banana. Split in half, drizzle maybe tsp of honey and some cinnamon. 400 deg at about 15 min. Really good

  • I have been a vegetarian for many years and past three months cut out dairy and some other foods. If I were to give up eating fish and eggs to go vegan how would I get that protein? I feel I'm already lacking somewhat not eating meat
  • I never said cutting out dairy alone was what attributed to weight loss. It has helped with certain health issues and I do feel better but diet excersize and other things I attribute to losing weight.
  • I have cut out dairy for about two months now . Personally I do feel better and I tried it mostly for health reasons and found I've had no significant headaches and actually feel better overall. Which I didn't expect. But also cut out sweets so not sure which did the trick
