I am trying to do Couch to 5K at least 4 days a week. I repeat a lot of exercises depending on the day. As long as I get to the gym, it is a good day. ;)

I have a peanut and tree nut allergy too. I do not usually eat pineapple, mango, etc. because they bother me. I do not eat carrots on a regular basis. Go for apples, broccoli, spinach, watermelon, grapes, salads, etc. There are a ton of fruits and vegetables with nutrients.

I was thinking the same thing after a few slices from a local pizzeria. It really depends, but I feel it is not as high as Pizza Hut, Dominos, or Papa John's. A local pizzeria is not a processed, even if you add toppings it will still not be a calorie dense.

Morning: Oatmeal- I actually will eat Instant oatmeal from Quaker Oats. It is low in calories and literally take a minute to put in the microwave with some water/milk. I am planning to do the hour by hour schedule as well. I will probably add exercise and meals in as well. If I don't schedule it, I lose motivation. If I set it in a calendar, it becomes a priority.
