Tbh I drink soda but I make mine with a soda stream machine I have. it's a lot healthier and less sugar. I don't even make it sugarfree and I still loose weight drinking it. It's only 50 calories. If I drink water and want flavor I will add crystal light in my water bottle. Their little packets. They don't have sugar in them and their only 5 calories each. So not bad at all. Nothing is wrong with diet soda or crystal light. Just drink what u like

U know a person doesn't have to stop drinking pop/soda if u need it to be with sugar switch to sodastream so much better and doesn't has as much sugar has soda u buy in the store. Sodastream regular has 10g of sugar and only 40-50 calories. And if u switch to diet sodastream it's better then stuff u can buy. I drink water…

I don't eat in front of tv. I never have. I have 3 meals a day and that's usually it. I watch tv to be entertained not to eat in front of.

it does have heath bennifits it has antitoxidents. It makes skin look great it can prevent some diseases and stuff if u drink atleast 2-3 cups a day. But it can be used as weight loss too cause green tea is an ingridnent in some weightloss medications

I don't really do the gym thing. I do what's fun and for me it's usuallly playing a games called just dance for the Wii,Wiiu and PS4. It gets u moving and dancing and I loose weight from that. on days that I don't want to dance I go on the treadmill and I usually do that when watching a movie or something.
