I know its proly isnt a healthy food. But if im eating say cooked long spaghetti noodles how much would that be in cups? On websites I always seen differnt portions.

Just dance for weightloss
So apparently I can loose more weight playing just dance game then I do walking on a treadmill. Which I thought walking was best but dancing does more. Anyone else not goto a gym and only workout at home by dancing?

So For the past 4 days I've been loosing one pound every day. So for 4 days I've lost 4 pounds in one week. My diet hasn't really changed. It wasn't bad to begin with. They feel tired after 20 mins of playing just dance game?? So I feel like I'm always restarting. I will loose alittle weight and then something comes up like holiday or I get sick or something comes up. So weight I lost comes back. Has anyone ever been like this and how can you prevent it from from happening?

So my doctor wants me on a low carb diet to help with weight loss but I have a question on that would I still able to drink soda that I make with SodaStream? Or would I have to cut that out?

Is walking enough...
So I just started exercising and being on diet for 1 week and I'm currently doing 40 minutes of treadmill walking on.. 2.8 speed for atleast 6 days a week is this enough to loose 1 pound a week?
