Thanks a lot to everyone. Since I have been on MFP, I do struggle alot with what you call a good fitness level and well balanced diet, since even if I eat a bit more than what MFP has given me I don`t really lose weight. I dont know why that is and it`s been very demotivating. That`s why I wanted opinions on this diet…

[/quote] Hm, I guess normal for you is deep fried :D I'm at loss then. Have you cut it completely out? I believed I ate normal food, but I was brainwashed to think that low fat/low taste was normal food. The transition was easy once it "clicked". Now I'm eating a lot like we did in the 1950's, but more varied, and my…

I do eat normal food. Lots of salad, with different dressing like honey/ mustard or homemade pesto A lot of grilled, baked, stewed meats marinated in different herbs that I grow in my garden. Still the only food that actually tastes good to me is, well deep fried and super salty. It`s been about a year since I started MFP…

My biggest struggle is enjoying the taste of healthy food. No matter what recipes I try from here or the internet, it`s just not tasty. I don`t get a drop of happiness from the food that I eat and I fear that it will make me go on a junk food frenzy one day.

Grilled lemony chicken breast with home grown red tomato and garlic salad

Well, I do think every diet is like that. :D

A very elegant way of speaking your mind :D It still worked though, and I`m pretty sure I ate a lot more than 1500cal per day (MFP has set me up for 1200 for weight loss).

It`s a 90 day regime, where everyday you eat a different food group. http://www.90daydiet.net/meal-plan/ look at the site for more info. I did this diet 8 years ago, and I lost 8kg and I didn`t gain them back till I started stuffing my face 3 years later. I was curious if someone else had done it.

Jilian`s shred is a great way to get toned fast, for the diet, idk what MFP has given you for a calorie deficit, but it gave me a 1200cal restrict. I think if you stick to the 30 day shred and eat up aroun 50% of the calories you`ve burned you might be able to lose 10 lbs. It`s very individual though. Try to stick to a…

My sister-in-law went on a 1500cal diet and while she was cooking I saw what 150 gr of chicken looks like and I was like ''OMG I eat 4 times more meat a day than that.'' So I went on MFP and saw that I ate 2300 cal a day normally ( I`m 5'1'')

I`m only half way there, but it took me a year to lose 10 kg (22 lbs) and I have 10 more to go for my perfect weight. I`m 5`1 tall and it`s been really hard the past few months to get motivated. I recently rejoined MFP and I hope I`ll start losing again soon. Good luck to all of you :*
