The thing is that even if you don't talk about it at all (you training and being healthy), people (especially at work) will purposely ask you about it just so they can make a joke at your expense or will try to have a look at your lunch box or invite you for after work drinks so they can make a joke out of you when you say…

MMA! Crossfit is very boring to me, you feel seconds after seconds the intensity of the workout... While MMA is more fun, goes fast and will turn you in a fit machine...

My husband and I have both put on and lost weights over the years. We generally are trying to be healthy and fit... Now when we put on weight and feel terrible we really are comforting each other, trying to make us feel less bad... and when we are losing we are super supportive : healthy food, encouragement to go to the…

You guys are truly inspiring and I mean that... When my daughter was 3 months old she would barely sleep and when she would I d be so exhausted that having a shower was already a victory (she would usually sleep on me or in her pral while rocking her) I completely lost ground, put on 7 kilos and it was messy until she was…

10 kilos, lost 7 after giving birth and took the 7 back while breastfeeding.... lost it all 8 months after I stopped (it wasn't easy though, it took a lot of training and organising to cook and eat better)

I drink kombucha between meals quite a lot, the one I drink has very little calories and makes me feel great.... i find it very helpful to regulate my appetite and I love it.

It seems a bit easy and premature to me to blame the mother here - it's only assumptions at this stage ...

My two Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fights when I was 30. I was terrified but I did it and I did not compete in the senior category.

Thanks for all the responses. > No I don't talk about it, they can see my gym bag in the morning and I often decline to have after work drinks with them (which I use to do). I limit the afterwork drinks at once a week only. So they obviously know that I train and how often. Before being overweight I used to be fit, sports…

I just had the shock of my life, I actually decided to go on blogs, sites and reading their posts... The movement have nothing to do with the so called fat shaming, their message is full of hatred and simply crazy dangerous... Please go and check it out by yourself! > thisisthinprivilege.org

Great job! Seriously I don't get why people here are so skeptical all the time - why OP would make that up?? So many members here are so negative for no reasons....

I also remember saying to my friends that I would gladly take two more kilos for just one night of complete sleep ahahah good times .....not.

Absolutely untrue - my daughter prefers eating cherry tomatoes, avocado over chips and strawberries, grapes over candies! when we go out dinning at the pub she eats all the tomatoes and beetroot from my burger ... not interested in chips at all (shé's not a fan of meat either). For the snack, same story, shé's not…

Ok I believe that being overweight is better than smoking and here is why (based on my experience and my experience only - no science behind that) : Because it was "easier" to loose all my weight than it was to stop smoking. It took me obviously way longer to loose the extra weight (9 months) but it was easier to eat…

Oh trust me I have been there... and sorry because many will be shocked but even though I love my daughter more than anything, it was not enjoyable at all... extreme sleep deprivation, frustration over not getting help from my husband at night... It was survival mode basically and I put on 7 kilos over 7 months (on top of…

It took 6 months for me to loose just one kilo! ( I was training and eating healthy - without weighing and logging) I did not change anything and then in 3 months I lost like 7 kilos ... I dropped everything at once and I am in maintenance now. Just be patient, when it's going to happen its going to be even more enjoyable !

i joined in 2014 but only to loose a couple of kilos and again last year to loose 10 kilos this time after a pregnancy which took 9 months altogether.I only logged my workouts and see my progress. I also enjoy the blog and the community it really motivated me...

Yeah count me in! I eat everything in moderation (meaning I usually stop when I'm full - that's my idea of moderation ) and carbs at each meal. The C word ! I also consider dark chocolate as healthy ahah - it's a personal choice
