I agree with bardd1995.... slow goal is most of the times better for your body.... get the plan made by professionals.... whether it is a workout plan or a diet plan never overdo it...

good going... lots of people here say that dieting is not worth it and many say do only diet... but i chose to do both... i am doing cardio, weights and crossfit spread over 6 days to complete my workout... now i feel very energetic whole day long...

i was told that my knees are suffering due to my weight and if this goes on they need to be surgically replaced... i decided to reduce my weight rather than getting new sets of leg hinges... LOL :wink:

Thanks for the share... i can fully understand what u saying... i was 139 kilos earlier this year... something happened and i got some knee ache while playing cricket... went to doctor and he said that i may need to get knee replaced if my weight is stable like this and the best way would be to undergo weight loss surgery…
