Hello everyone! My name is Katie and I'd really like to lose some weight. I have a history of anorexia and have been doing very well in therapy for the past two years. I want to be healthy and have a healthy body. I'm asking for a bit of support to help me reach my goal while staying healthy and eating enough.
Thank you!

You really need to be working with your treatment team to set realistic goals, and plan an approach that will reduce the likelihood of relapse. Please take care of yourself.

I'd recommend going for one of the slower goals (0.25/0.5 kg a week). Remember this is all about estimates. Being one calorie over is basically the same as being one under, so don't beat yourself up if you're a little over (I'm talking less than 100 over, at least that's my opinion). I also think if you need to choose between not eating something or eating it and going over, it's better to eat it and then go for a walk/jog to get the net calories under the goal. (Again, this is all my opinion).
Feel free to add me if you want :)

I agree with bardd1995.... slow goal is most of the times better for your body.... get the plan made by professionals.... whether it is a workout plan or a diet plan never overdo it...

Please do keep working with your team. People here are well intentioned, but don't necessarily have the training or expertise to guide you in a safe manner.

    Hi kpeters447
Try to keep track of the nutrients and that should help you. Make sure you're meeting those goals daily and good luck
