My Journey.

Well... what can i say! I have fallen HARD!! i had given up on myself and all the progress i made, resulting in putting all my weight back on PLUS MORE. It's been about a year and a half since i let myself go and i am READY to begin this journey again and this time i am not going to give up!!!
I am VERY far from my goal and thats okay. I will get there eventually. I think the key may be taking things slower and not jumping into 2+ hours of exercise a day by starting with small steps and gradually building it up. I have a holiday planned in 2 months to Sydney. Which i am looking forward to but theres this huge worry in the back of my mind "will i fit in the plane seat", "will people be staring at me", and "will i be able to walk around the city without needing to stop every 30 seconds to catch my breath"..... Now i know that 8 weeks may not be long but i hope that keeping to a strict BUT not unrealistic exercise & food routine will help me loose SOME weight before i go so i feel a little better in my own skin.
I have a LONG journey ahead of me and i WILL NOT GIVE UP, because after all this is my health and if i don't do it now i never will. If you have read through all of this then thank you.

Thanks for the share... i can fully understand what u saying... i was 139 kilos earlier this year... something happened and i got some knee ache while playing cricket... went to doctor and he said that i may need to get knee replaced if my weight is stable like this and the best way would be to undergo weight loss surgery first... i refused the surgery and went to this body weight training gym and started dieting and now i am about 16kilos down in about 4 months time which means i am losing nearly a kilo per week... long journey ahead as my target is to get down by 40 kilos by this Christmas... i am on it lets see if i am able to make it...0
