  • Have you tried walking workout videos on YouTube? Leslie Santone and Jessica Smith both have good ones that vary in length and intensity. I have used them in the office before and they are usually a decent workout. Low impact and able to be done in a fairly small space. Good luck and don't lose that motivation!
  • This is what I did when I started SL5x5. I actually started with a 30lb fixed barbell to learn the form, then moved up to a 40lb, then the empty bar. It worked out great.
  • Mine are in the garage, because that's where we have room for them. But I don't see a problem with keeping them in the sunroom. Just buy some protective padding if you're worried about damaging the floor.

  • Losing weight now means you will weigh less overall while pregnant, which can help prevent gestational diabetes and other pregnancy complications. It can also help with the discomfort of pregnancy and the difficulty of labo. Plus, it will be easier to get back to your goal weight post-baby! :)
