I’m also a bit frustrated because even people who are body builders can do it, while I’m just a lean muscle guy who can’t get consistently good results (more than once counts as consistently) for me.
-
I’ve had mixed results. One time I hit my head. It wasn’t fun in class. But I still want the consistent results. The good type of results.
-
No, it’s a back handspring
-
Well I’m not at the Olympic style age anymore (I mean around 18-26), but I’m certainly far from an old man. I’m able-bodied too.
-
I’m okay. Normally my drive back is 10 minutes.
-
I’m also asking because normally after my workouts, I drive home since I they are bootcamp classes without any open gym.
-
Well overthinking has been a struggle of mine, so um yeah.
-
Sounds good. Thanks for the advice.

It might be circuit training now that I think about it. Because we do hybrid strength and cardio training. For instance, on one day we did stations one station we do battle ropes, next we do plyometric boxes, next kettlebell squats, and then push ups. But the workouts vary.
-
I may also need help in figuring out whether it’s advisable to eat anything now at all or just wait until lunch. As in will it still offer the same benefits to my muscles as if I ate post workout fuel on time (on time being 1-2 hours, according to many in the fitness field).

So I used these for my deadlifts and squats. A pair of Vans Asher shoes I think these worked.
-
Or Vans?
-
But I can still use them for any other training, right? Outside of deadlifts? I’ve heard of those, I’m a fan of their look and function, it’s a little above my price range right now so I’m saving up.
-
I do have a pair, and they did provide support for my cross-training, including my box jumps.
-
Would you guys recommend these shoes?
-
At Buffalo Wild Wings, it’s 5 wings.
-
SMH, I did. Well, there’s always next time.
-
Any potential distractions? If so, what do you do to mitigate them?
-
I thought so, on some days when I have work, that is the I could get for my time.
-
Should I do compounds if I’m on a time budget?
-
True, I got a shin scrape once from that, so I gotta be careful indeed.
-
Okay, maybe it’s not just plyometrics, but also HIIT and weightlifting. Basically, all sorts of training, for except running which I can just use the sneakers with the raised heel and spongy sole.
-
The shoes I bought were Puma Electron Street Knit. I haven’t tested them yet on that tho. But for some reason I feel a bit nervous. I bought them less than 1 month ago.
-
I need something designed for lateral movement too.
-
I rank kind of low on the cardiovascular fitness chart according to Fitbit, I score between Average and Good, but I want to get to at least Very Good to Excellent.
-
Okay, I deserve that, it wasn’t a good argument for this sake. I’m only speaking for others including myself who have either wanted a Fitbit and are Fitbit users who still enjoy their products. Not for those who simply heard about it, but just say have not or or will not buy one.

So to everyone reading this, I just got the Flex 2 for my mother. Until the Alta 2 HR drops in price, I’m going to stick with it. She likes it so far, so that counts for something right? hehe As for the Letscom, I’m not sure if I’m going to get that in the near future but it might work for others.
-
Not at all, its reputation as the most highly demanded brand of fitness trackers. Ask anyone in the fitness world and I would guarantee that 9/10 knows what a Fitbit is.
-
Thanks guys, I’m glad I’m not alone. I must be doing something right.
