Best way to loose 70 lbs in a month would be to cut off one of your legs. Orrr you could wait 6months to a year with exercise and diet to loose 70lbs.

Because you've been doing weight training you've gained muscle so you should be eating quite a bit more now. I started at 1200 calories, lost 35 pounds, hit a plateau and once I increased my calorie intake to 1550 I lost some more weight. So I'd give that a try! Also try to do some new exercises or change up your workout…

Everyone will hit a plateau at some point, and when they hit that plateau that is when they should start to increase their calorie intake. Keep doing what you're doing and when you notice that your weight doesn't start to budge and you've lost a significant amount of weight you can up the calories. I started at 1200…

Try not having just one goal. Keep the 80lb loss as your long-term goal but then add in a few short-term goals. Working on a year to meet one goal will get frustrating after a few months and you'll loos focus. If you have several small goals throughout the year it'll be easier to stay on track. Whether it be no soda for…

How's your water intake? Not enough water can cramp up your muscles especially if you do any weight training!
-
You can do it successfully, it will just take much longer then doing either just fat loss or just muscle gain. Eat in a deficiet but make sure most of your calories is protein, and do resistant training.
-
You always want to start with with the big muscles first then work your way to the smaller muscles

None that I'm aware of :/

When you eat less calories then your body needs (900calories) your body will go into "starvation mode" and will store fat because it's not getting enough nutrients. I know it sounds odd when loosing weight but you need to add more calories to your days, especially if you're trying to tone and doing some kind of strength…

Fast food and poor exercise is how children become obese, not the way they were delivered ...

1200 is the lowest recommendation for females to loose weight at, for a man it should be 1500 at the lowest.

Everyday is different for me but I usually try to have something heavy in protein (usually chicken) and then veggies (salad/carrots/broccoli) and then a starch (potato, crackers, ect)

I like rivulas whey protein, tastes amazing and blends very well

It depends on your activity level. If you are not doing any kinds of cardio/strength training then yes 1200 is acceptable. But if you are doing heavy training/cardio then you should eat much more than 1200.

I think that would be a dangerous diet and would mess with your metabolism

I have a trainer and it has really helped me with my goals! If you do not plan on staying with her for more then a few sessions though I would suggest figuring out everything that you want to know from her, whether that be what kind of exercise that will help reach your goal, how to do said exercises or anything else you…

My weakness is potato chips, so when I'm feeling like something salty I go for dill pickles, for some reason they help the craving!
-
Sorry I probably should have word it better, I mean about water retention?
-
It counts your overall calories, not just the exercised calories. It asks you to put in your weight and height so it can get an idea of how much you burn overall in a day
-
Every hour to hour and a half I try to get up and go for a walk. The water cooler for me is upstairs so that's a good excuse for me to go for a walk, climb some stairs and drink more water through out the day!
-
Potato chips are my weakness! I usually try to resist the temptation but if I'm really needing something salty then I go for some crackers and hummus

The best detox drink is lots of water! :)
