How long have you been doing the FODMAP diet? I have IBS and GERD and was told to start this diet. I’m doing a lot of research this weekend and some shopping and plan to start on Monday. I planned to start last week but got food poisoning and that with IBS just made it so bad.

I'm a 33 yr old female currently at 201.6. I was stuck between 203-205 for weeks. So on Feb 1 started 30DS and I still do Zumba 2-3x a week. I finally broke that 203-205 range. I feel great now. I'm sleeping so much better as I used to toss and turn all night. It might be too much. Thanks y'all. I've been doing Zumba for about 4 months and strength training for only 3 weeks. So I think I'm going to stop Zumba and just do C25K and strength training.

I'm losing about one pound per week. I'm not hungry and some days I'm over and some days less but I tend to concentrate on weekly calories and usually end up averaging 1200-1300.

I am set to eat 1200 calories. I use a good scale and try to be accurate. I also work out everyday and eat back majority of exercise clarifies which I get that estimate from my HRM. I like it this way because I usually end up eating about 1500 calories. I concentrate more on weekly calories.

My fav and I eat one every night is the 100 calorie chocolate dove bar.
