Love my powdered peanut butter with my frozen banana and almond milk. Add in spinach and some chia seeds or flax for omega and such and it's a quick out the door drink. Looking to add a veggie powder from doTerra. Will have to report back on taste.

The grande pumpkin spice with coconut milk and no whip was right around 200. To get in my fall favorite and not completely fall off the band wagon it hit the spot!

I have this issue too. It's definitely psychological. Stress = comfort eating. Feel free to add and we can find away around it. One of mine is the banana dippers from Dole. Fills the void of sweet and ice cream cravings. (My favorite was Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey so it really fits flavor wise).
