  • eat high protein, get a personal trainer and start weight training to build muscle. Light weights with high number of reps will burn fat, heavy weights with few reps builds muscle but if you don't get enough protein in your diet, you won't build muscle. is that the information you wanted?
  • Just started today. Physician, mom, first time grandma, in love with Jesus! Doing CrossFit since 6/1/2016 and goal is to lose body fat down to under 25%. Weight is less important because I am working towards really building some good muscle!
