Yesterday, 8/15/16, after seeing my 58-lb. weight gain, I said to myself, "Enough is enough!" I decided, at that point, to start using my Fitbit & MFP again - a fresh start. I am now a Type 1 & 2 diabetic on 2 kinds of insulin, & I'm taking multiple meds each day (meal). Not only do I want to be in my healthy weight range, but I also want to regain control of diabetes. I am a Christian, happily married for over 42 years to my husband. I know God will answer my prayers, but I also know that I must do my part -- participation -- to see my desires realized. “For the dream comes through much effort and the voice of a fool through many words.”
