  • I don't know of any strength training exercises for toning hips but I have had great success using an exercise bike. Definitely tones hips and may even help with the waist.

  • Hi Susan. Welcome. Do you have a plan to meet your goals? I am trying to walk a few miles every night, at least 5 times/week, and longer on the weekends. I have a desk job and feel tired when I get home. Once I am out walking, I feel so much better and no longer tired. It really makes a big difference. Good luck!
