Hello! Stress eating weight gainer here :)

    Hi Susan. Welcome. Do you have a plan to meet your goals? I am trying to walk a few miles every night, at least 5 times/week, and longer on the weekends. I have a desk job and feel tired when I get home. Once I am out walking, I feel so much better and no longer tired. It really makes a big difference. Good luck!
  • Hey Susan! I was in the same boat with eating during stressful times! I have to make a decision to not have packaged snacky stuff around so that my only option is to devour the carrots when I'm stressing and feel like eating! If it's not there, I can't eat it!
