Im going with a push-up... I knew them as eight-count body builders. There are a lot of variations to the burpee and plenty of youtube videos to help. Glad you're in and good luck!

I agree, we must hold ourselves accountable. I also agree that people cheat... Hopefully, all those that are in can be honest with themselves for 30 short days. It will be hard and perhaps painful, but on Oct 1st we will all say dammmmmmn! I plan to post on my timeline each night after my last burpee, thoughts?
