Wow it came out to 243 based on that math, meanwhile my watch calculates 400-600. That’s crazy. Why such a drastic difference?
-
It sounds like anxiety to me, to be honest. I’m not a doctor though. Definitely call and book an appointment for peace of mind
-
I would love to eat baxk my calories but my exercise calories as tracked by my watch during my walks is 450-600 calories!
-
I also chose lose 2 lbs/week.
-
I'm 178 cm, 239.6 lbs, and listed myself as sedentary so it recalculated from 1650 calories to 1350 a day. I walk on the treadmill daily for an hour and burn quite a bit of calories, so I want to make sure its accurate so that I can eat them back!
-
just googled both active and resting :) now I understand. so resting us 2140, meaning if I lay in bed all day and did nothing, I would burn 2140?
-
I absolutely want to eat my calories back, but I also don't want to over indulge. How does everyone on here track their calories burned in order to eat them back? I just checked my health app, it shows 1132 active energy kcal (I don't know what this means) and 2140 resting energy (also don't know what that means!).
-
ohh I understand. that sucks though, because I hit 1650 calories today and then went to walk and it calculated 450. I don't want to go over but I also want to eat back my calories because I LOVE FOOD lol

I'm happy at 1650, I get a good amount of food in and im not a raging monster LOL LOL I don't know about 1350... it just seems quite low. But I do have 100 lbs to lose! So maybe that's why the number is set like that. I walk on the treadmill daily, but thats in the evening and I do it to get my 10,000 steps in. but some…

ohhhhh I didn't know!!! thank you!

I'm sorry, I forgot to add one thing! When I originally set it, I wrote that I am lightly active. But I have a newborn, so some days I am active, some days we hibernate inside. I do walk on the treadmill daily though. So now I changed it to sedentary, and it went from 1640 calories to 1350 calories.
-
Thank you so much!! And congrats on your weight loss! 😊
-
You are all beyond amazing. Thank you so much xoxo
-
Thanks everyone :) I won’t be pursuing this!!

I apologize in advance! I’m not promoting 800 calories a day. I just read this intermittent fasting article and it mentioned doing 5 days regular eating, 2 days 800 calories so I thought I would ask.
-
I like the fasting part of it though, as I tend to binge late at night!
-
That article I linked above is the Fast 800!

THANK YOU!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

thanks so much for sharing your story. would your CRP skyrocket due to the autoimmune issues not being controlled? or was it solely weight? i definitely need to lose the weight but my CRP just keeps climbing and climbing every bloodwork. I am thinking maybe it's something active going on in my body?
-
thank you all!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry i should have been more clear! my baby is 9 months old. i still consider myself a new mom LOL as she doesn't sleep through the night at all haha i had a normal delivery but it was 9 months ago. we did this testing as part of my annual. and the crp just keeps creeping up and up. we have been doing it weekly and…
-
my baby is 9 months old. i wonder if it can still be high from that? i did gain a lot of weight though.
-
thank you. i have been speaking to my doctor but he doesn't know. he did the test as part of my annual testing.
-
Thank you very much. I have been going to him for the month and we have been redoing these blood tests for a while now. The CRP keeps going up. I have no cough, cold or fever. And it just keeps going up. My doctor actually says he has no idea what it is. So I am researching it myself and hoping to hear some experiences.…
