Cheat meals imply just giving up on your calorie goals and just going nuts. After I've been logging my meals, I realize how quickly those calories add up, and how quickly they can destroy a weeks worth of progress!! Congrats on that loss! IMO, strictly based on that daily caloric amount, and current weight (I don't know how tall you are) you could in theory be getting decent nutrition, depending on your diet. If you feel healthy, and not starving keep it up!

Just about any food that is white, sugar, white flower, white rice, potatoes.... All of these foods use up too many of my calorie allotment while leaving me hungry still. Like one cup of pasta is not gonna fill me up, it takes at least 2 cups! And bam that's 400 calories without adding any meat veg sauce or whatever. So…

When you're doing CICO, it kind of forces you to make better decisions. Like yeah... I could eat that bacon egg and cheese bagel for breakfast but then I have like 400 calories for the rest of the day!

I'm in outside sales and know what you mean! Ive been packing little things I can snack on throughout the day... Almonds... Fruits... Turkey.. Carrots. A little bit here and there keeps my energy up all day.
