If you use your phone or ipad search the recipe, pretend to edit and then save. It will appear at the top of your recipes.

Use the phone or tablet to search for a recipe , then edit and save and then it will be at the top of your recipes on your PC or laptop.

Put the serving size or weight in the recipe title.

The sort by name button comes up when you add food , go to recipes, it is top right.

I put the name of the course in my recipe title eg. Soup green Pea or Salad Potato, then sort. Also if you use a phone or ipad you can tap the three little dots bottom right ,go to My Meals and Recipes then search for the recipe you want , tap edit , then done and save it. I do not use my phone for MFP except to hunt a specific recipe. Find it on your phone go edit then save. It will go to the very top of your recipes on the web version. I also name all my recipes by type, salad , soup , casserole etc. Easier to find.

I down loaded a thing called tampermonkey and set it up to track net carbs on MFP. Works well

I edit recipes all the time and I have never had that happen.

When you create a recipe, find one on the internet that is close and then alter the ingredients and or the amounts. The imported recipe will let you go back to the original recipe and then you will have a better idea of your instructions. Hope that helps.

I usually track 3 or 4 days ahead. Helps me plan vegetables that need to be used and what to take out of the freezer.

PC coconut yogurt , good on its own , in smoothies or a dip. I also make salted caramel yogurt with the PC honey , using caramel flavoring and a dash of salt. So good
