  • Same here and my recommended is to hit 1200 but lately my food intake is less then 1000 with 500 calories burned. It wont let me update my diary because it is too low, but honestly with what i eat amd the water i drink, by the end of the day i cant eat more. What do you do?

After the gym today i burned about 500 calories and i was ravenous when i got home. I did my best to eat clean but yeah, i understand what you mean
