  • Apple Watch limits you to 25 people to share activity with by your watch. For those that want to add more than 25, you can download the free app called "activity club" and find several of us on that app. That way you can share and challenge others from that app.
  • I'm in the first phase. I do 15 reps for most exercises but each muscle group is worked several times, different ways. I have seen great results with STS. And it's only been 3 weeks. I see much better results than I did with Beach Body workouts. I learned of this program through this group.

  • Once you hit a specific number of people on your apple watch sharing, you can't add anymore. You can always download for free the 'activity app' and add more. It's another great way to support each other. Some of us from this group are already on it.
