I agree with melykins2014. Lots of fruit equals lots of sugar period. Treat fruit as desert and keep it to a minimum.

Currently, Krill Oil, C, D, B12 + Folate, Magnesium, Selenium, Iodine, Copper. Not getting enough Iron, Calcium and Potassium in my diet yet so I may need to supplement those also. Stick to eggs from organic grass fed chickens. I am on 3 a day for protein and all the goodies in the yolks. Very happy that people are eating egg white omelettes. It means more yolks for me :)
