I have been a little stuffed up lately. That makes sense.

I had a full checkup less than a year ago. No where near diabetes. And I check my blood sugar with my grandma's thing periodically. It's always in the normal range.

I stop drinking around 8, and go to bed at 9:30 -10. I've only been doing this about a month. Decreased carbs and sodium. And severely increased my hydration. I used to only drink sofa, and now I ONLY drink water. No medication.

That's a major weight window.. You really should weigh yourself. But I weigh 278, and I can eat up to 2,300 calories a day. If that helps at all.

I think I'm just aggravated because in the past I've just given up soda, and still ate like *kitten*, and would drop 10 pounds in a month. It's always been easy in the beginning before.

Another is with peanut butter and banana. Or sub out the PB with Nutella, and add strawberries.

I prefer overnight oats. I think it's more filling. You can try oats with water, yogurt, a little bit of honey, blueberries, strawberries, cinnamon, and chia seeds.
