Bought white jeans in a size 6. Usually wear a 4 now, but by force of habit I size up in white pants although my cellulite isn’t nearly as visible as it was last year. And I’m posting again!! I had an issue for weeks where my posts showed up under an old username. Congrats to everyone’s nsv ‘s :smile:

You need to be patient and give it more time! I saw no change on the scale for 3 weeks when I first started logging. This process is not a quick fix, changes happen over time —patience and consistency!

I had a frozen shoulder a couple of years ago. No trigger that I can think of. I did not have any treatment for it and it took almost a year to completely resolve—the last few months were much less painful, I just had restricted movement.

I’m still here! I managed to maintain my 43 pound loss over the holidays, which I consider a victory in and of itself. I’ve lost weight before (never this much though) and for the first time I actually changed my habits enough to keep it off—at least so far!

I’m 62 and at 5’2.5” I’m currently at 130 (down from a high of 183). I wear a size 4 jeans and either a S or XS in tops. My goal this year is to get to 125. I’m fine with where I am though if I can’t make that happen.

The actual foods I ate were fine, I still eat them but in more reasonable quantities and not constantly.

Low fat cheeses and non fat milk- one exception being non fat milk steamed and frothed in a latte.

5’ 2.5”, currently maintaining 130 pounds on 1600 calories a day. A couple/2-3 times a month I go over that by a bit. Been maintaining for 4 months.
