  • I'm going to have tiny bits of all the things... There is usually so much food that any more than one bite of everything would be too much. The people who do the cooking make enough to feed a football team. Fortunately "dinner" is at 2pm so I'll have time to digest and take a nice long walk after I get home.
  • How about roasting veggies in batches, and heating them up at work (or eating them cold)? Broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, carrots, parsnips, beets, Brussels sprouts... Are all very tasty when roasted in a bit of olive oil and salt/pepper.
  • I tried and failed at IIFYM, but learned a trick along the way: stir protein powder into Greek yogurt for a boost. Use full fat if you need fat, or nonfat if you don't.
  • Greek yogurt, plain nonfat + a scoop of chocolate protein powder. Tastes and feels like pudding!
  • Yogurt, lemon, shredded cucumber, garlic powder, dill for a yummy savory dip!
