Actually the change happened during my last cycle which was about a month ago. No changes to macros or exercise. I did have a couple wine spritzers a week ago and I apparently have increased my sodium intake. I'm still about 65 pounds from my goal weight. Just frustrating to have this slow down. I seem to always lose weight pretty fast. I was at 218. It's been pretty consistent until now.

Thank you for your help. I started with Jenny Craig but then it got too expensive. I started using their concept, myfitnesspal, and buying my own food. I've been tracking my food and making sure to stay on target.
