still struggling with the post viral ME today so taking it easy - have done a couple of short walks down to the horses so I have added a few minutes - sorry its not more - as soon as I am well enough I will be on it BIG time!!!

I am now friends with all of the team apart from Jenilla1 - who we know is exempt - I will send her one more friend request to make sure I have fulfilled the requirements for the challenge then that is done :) I am on the water challenge - did day 1 no probs - this is easy for me as I drink between 2-3 litres a day anyway…

Day 5 done - and yup agreed lol!!!! did the 40 secs as a full plank!!! o:) Good thinking on the different squats - that's what I am doing already - half the total number per day of each squat type!!!

Oct 4 - 5 mins - last day of 30 day plank challenge - so time to ease off a bit for a while I think lol 42 1/2 mins to go!!
