  • I was using house cleaning as an example, maybe not a good one. A better example would be light aerobics with hand weights. I also undercount my exercise, or I do not eat more just because the program subtracts my workouts from my alloted calories. Machka, thanks for the link! very helpful.

  • Thanks, all! I usually like to keep my desserts between 100 and 150 calories - I am trying to not "need" dessert - Weight Watchers used to have all sorts of desserts, but I see now they are mostly ice cream bars, and are equivalent to Skinny Cows. I dont know what happened to their desserts...
