So, think there is one ..that I downloaded from the app store... but honestly, I cannot figure out how to use it! it has changed since I last did, and I cant get beyond the page that wants me to become a premium member.

why does my screen jump around when I track items?
This is annoying and has resulted in my mistracking in some instances....anyone else having this issue, and is there a fix?

Need more protein
I am looking for ways to add more protein into my diet. I do not eat red meat or eggs. I eat yogurt, fish, low fat cheeses...what do others do to add protein, especially "enjoyable" protein?

Wonderful WW bran muffin recipe..but its too much bran for me!
Hi, Community. I have a terrific Weight Watchers bran muffing recipe. It has 2 cups of bran cereal in it and I think 1/2 cups grated carrots. The fiber is too much for my belly! it bothers me - a lot. Any suggestions for cutting the fiber cereal - and using something else? It calls for All Bran cereal, not bran flakes.

Intermittant fasting?
How effective is it? do you use an app? what is the easiest way to "ease into" intermittent fasting, especially if one's schedule varies somewhat?

Fruit and sugars...
If I eat one piece of fruit a day - an apple, say - it puts me over my daily grams of sugar. What to do?? we are supposed to eat fruits and vegetables but fruits are high in sugar....BTW, I am on 1200 calories so my plan does not have a lot of wiggle room.

what is a good - and tasty - and painless - way to add fiber to my diet? am open to fiber "bar" recommendations also. I also cannot do inulin.

"eating" the calories burned with exercise...
Do you "eat" the calories you burn with exercise? if so, doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of exercise?

Exercise/burning calories question
I have a recumbent bike, which records my calories burned. When I compare this amount to what is in the data base here, the data base here gives a higher burn than my bike's program says. Which is more accurate? or maybe I should average the two?

difficulty consuming sufficient calories without exceeding...
Somedays I find it difficult to consume sufficient calories without exceeding my proteins, fats or sugars...any suggestions or thoughts?

Found out a muffin Iiked from Whole Food bakery - a vegan chocolate chip muffin - has - are we ready? 780 calories. I was stunned. that is more than half my daily calories. My program has me at 1200 calories. I am OK with that but am finding that for me to eat the 1200 calories, I tend to go over my fats or sugars. Is there a way to browse the different types and combinations of exercise here, or do I HAVE to enter something and see if it is listed? I often do different combinations of things...and I dont see, for example, that house cleaning is listed as a form of exercise....
