  • Well I made it through but because of poor planning I went to bed hungry lol. I finished the day off with a salad and then ended up tasting some of my families meal while I was preparing it.   • Breakfast: XL coffee with 1/4 French Vanilla, Banana with 1tsp of peanut butter Lunch: Snack plate- crackers, cheese, mixed veggies and dip Dinner: half a chicken breast with stir fried veggies and 1/2 cup of rice
  • Breakfast: Iced Coffee with 1/2 premiere protein Lunch: 1 cup cabbage fried with bacon and 1 cup rice, Cara Orange Dinner: Soft Taco with ground beef,cheese, tomato, lettuce, avocado and sour cream Snack: Ketchup crispy minis and matcha tea latte
  • Breakfast: Xl Tims Coffee with 1/4 French Vanilla Lunch: Edo sizzling shrimp no rice Dinner: Chicken and BBQ Ranch Salad Snack: Popcorn

  • Breakfast: Smoothie -spinach, PB2, frozen banana, almond milk/ Coffee and Silk creamer Lunch: Loaded baked potato soup and saltines with a cara cara orange Dinner: Baked chicken and a garden salad (opa feta dill dressing)
  • Ugh that was my favorite
  • 1 Banana 1 cup Almond Milk 1TBSP PB2 Ice
  • A handful of almonds was my go to snack before bed to help stabilize during the night.
