I completed week 1 day 3 on Saturday. I was hoping to do this challenge on my toes, the reality is that with poor core muscles Iām better off doing this on my knees. So my revised goal is to complete this whole challenge on my knees and then I will start again on my toes š

Love this idea! I'm late to the party so I'm going for 30min. I despise planks, which would probably explain my non existent core. Every day I say I'm going to do them and never do... Thanks for making me accountable!! Day 1 - 1.5min 1.5/30 = 28.5min to go!
