  • Last night I had one episode of the cramping but I did take 4 before bed. I am going to toss the Mag Oxide and look into a different supliment recommended in the link above. After Hockey I drink a large water bottle with 2 Hammer Fizz tablets. That is similar to the zippfizz above but without the caffeine.
  • I had not read that, good link. I am taking 250 mg of magnesium oxide. I will take 4 tonight and see if that helps. I will read the article again and take the suggestions.   • Thanks for the replies. I want to continue to lose weight but I also don't want to starve my body when I am working it hard. I will look to eat more than my 2250 today to make sure I have at lease 1200 calories eaten after all exercise. John
  • Note that I did not log the results that MFP gave me (1711). I logged the calories my Polar HR monitor gave me (952), which results in 41.39 calories per mile. Thanks for all the comments. Gym today, bike again tomorrow.
