I have found that drinking 74 ounces of water first thing in the morning helps me stay fuller for longer throughout the day. OP..... this is the wrong thread to post with IIFYM being so popular now. With that being said, I agree with you. I still implement cheat meals into my lifestyle and never go over budget. This allows me to either lose, maintain, or gain a little water weight due to sodium

I am shocked that there arent any IIFYMers in here saying to fit the donut into your calories. I think this story is a true testament that some people dont view foods as being bad or what not....its just those great tasting foods are triggers for people, like myself. This is why we have to supplement for "healthier" things…

if youre cool with eating the same thing everyday...veggies are CHEAP...cabbage is about 1 dollar for a head and makes a giant POT. as far as meats go....dark meat chicken is super cheap....if youre cool with eating chicken and veggies everyday then I would suggest that. youll be plenty full for sure
