Delayed Weight Gain or Loss?
Just curious, anyone ever experienced either referenced above? Example. You weight 200lbs and wear a size 40 pants in men's. You lose 30lbs and still wear a 40. You lose another 5 and all of a sudden you drop a pant size or two out of no where. Same thing with weight gain.

Eat Carbs then Sweat?
Maybe this only applies to people who general eat lower carb, paleo, keto...whatever. But, do you eat a bunch of starchy carbs (potatoes, pizza, etc) at one time and start sweating? Im certain this has everything to do with internal body temperature heating up due to the digestion of the starchy carbs but just wondering if…

Self Motivation
Nothing will kick a lazy nutrition and fitness regimen than looking at old photos of when your were smaller. That is exactly what just happened to me. I think i have just settled for the bare minimum instead of really "turning up" and staying focus on the long term goal. Looking back on how amazing my clothes used to fit,…

Stepping on the Scale
How many times, when you do weigh yourself on a scale, do you step on and off to make sure the weight is accurate? For example, i just weighed myself and my weight was 265. Second time i stepped on, I lost it was 263. The third, fourth, and fifth times it was 261.9. I just assume that the weight that came up three times in…
