If anybody is looking for a good snack....tryout Carbmaster yogurt. Its cheap and is macro nutrient dense. Best snack ive ever had.

My vanilla yogurt cost me 2 bucks for a big *kitten* tub of it...it has 1.5g of fat, 5 carbs, 12 protein.
