Anybody Else Have this "Problem"

Ok so I have lost 55lbs so far (yay me) so my body is getting to the point where it has to fight for every lb lost. So Fridays are my normal weigh in days and this Friday I weighed in at 328.0. I decided to keep the weight loss going and instead of having a refeed day, I decided to eat as healthy as I been have. Saturday morning rolls around, and Im up by a 1.4 llbs.

Here is where its gets crazy....

So I say EFF IT and eat terrible yesterday...and guess what? hit a new low of 327.4 this Sunday morning!!

I am not complaining but has this happened to anybody else?

(Disclaimer: I am not a weigh in addict...just daily weighing in is my thing)

    probably water weight fluctuation. Weight yourself each day the whole week and then make an average, better take bodyy measurements you will get a more accurate idea of your progress.

    Yep, it fluctuates for me sometimes up to 5 lbs. I weigh daily, but don't freak about about it. I only log it every Wednesday morning.
