Self Motivation

Nothing will kick a lazy nutrition and fitness regimen than looking at old photos of when your were smaller. That is exactly what just happened to me. I think i have just settled for the bare minimum instead of really "turning up" and staying focus on the long term goal. Looking back on how amazing my clothes used to fit, to how slightly snug they are now has really got me heated with myself.
But.....
No time for extra stress. It is just time for me to kick shxt into high gear and centralize my focus. First line of duty is to throw away my 2 yr old scale. I don't think it is super accurate as it once was and it is more demotivating than it motivational. We all have been doing good on our diets/healthy lifestyle and stepped on the scale one day to be down 3 lbs and the next day be up 2 lbs. ( still a lost of a pound but you get the point)
So my main goal now is to focus on size, solely. I may purchase another scale a couple months for now but lets be honest, if the size 36 pants you've been trying to wear fit at 300 lbs, and your goal is 250...does it really matter what the weight is anyway?
