Half the responses on this didn't even answer the question. The way to prevent cheat days from getting out of hand is to 1. remember its a cheat day and just eat what you want....do not weigh in the next day or a few days after or 2. before the cheat meal, drink plenty of water and eat something that will fill you up (i.e.…

I have always wondered how people who lost the weight they wanted to but didnt like how they were expecting to look handled it? Anybody know of topics already covering this?

I havent used protein powder since 2012....and I have made gains just fine. I'd rather eat my protein anyways

Takes three weeks to start a habit so I say continue doing what youre doing. any tips i can provide would be to drink WAY more water, cut down on high sodium foods, and start lifting so you actually look healthy when you lose the 100lbs.

I started having cheat MEALS after about a month of dieting to prove I can stick to my plan. So yes, I cheat to reset my psyche. Again like you said, I eat basically salads w/ chicken all day until the cheat to keep my calories as low as possible until my cheat meal

My suggestion is you dont try losing that 10 extra lbs but instead build muscle to fill up the fatty areas. Increase calories to at least 1500 if you use my suggestion

How I see it is...1. drinking flavored water is 99% better than drinking soda or alcohol. 2. We are all going to die one day anyway so might as well not worry about chemicals and all that other hippie stuff. I drink the Kool-Aid flavor liquid water enhancer btw
