7lbs is not enough weight loss to really see a difference unless you dont have that much to lose. My body doesnt change until Iose 20llbs. just be patient

haha how do you feel a binge coming? I thought binges just happen. One way to keep your weight loss going is to get your mental stronger along with your physical. Your willpower seems a little off if you can "feel" a binge coming
